Another Unique Flower

They are not falling... they are hanging in there... hovering a pathway at the Baguio City Botanical Garden.

Fireball Flower

They call it "Fireball Flower" - because it's colored hot red and shaped as a ball.

I'm not even sure if it's flower.
The owner of the plant don't know what it was called in the locality Panglima Sugala, Tawi-tawi).
I can't find another photo of it's kind in the net (or maybe I'm looking on the wrong sites).
